The scope of work

Work included; Redesign and repair roof top garden system complete. Improve drainage systems, walking surface conditions. Repair concrete archway, ramps, sidewalks and curbing. Sewage plant upgrades. Update building systems. To include HVAC, plumbing fixtures complete and lighting for entire facility. Replace cracked and water damaged marble floor tiles and repair subsurface conditions. Interior renovations/repairs. Seal and repaint parking lot. Redesign and repair existing exterior soffit and trim panels. Verify operation of water-source heat pumps and geothermal system and repair as needed. Other renovations include site signage, exterior site metal components, exterior concrete honeycomb drainage systems, all doors and entrances as well as the Coiling Overhead Grille Door separating the two wings of the Building. Provide Traffic Control at the Archway. Repair and/ or redesign Island Curb damage in Truck/ Bus parking area. Install tire air station. Install site security camera systems.

All renovations considered Energy Efficiency. The existing LEED Silver Standard was maintained.

In this project exterior facade had loose and falling cladding elements. A part of the facade needed to be modified, while effort was made to maintain a balance with the original design intent.
