The 60,000 SF, five-story, multi-functional building includes Administrative Offices, a Library, and a Multi-Purpose Lecture Hall/Assembly Space on the ground floor.

Twenty (20) Divisible Classrooms, Computer Science Labs, Student and Faculty Lounges and a Book Store are located on the second floor. The facility offers programs in Allied Health, Business and High Technology and Liberal Studies.

The entrance is clearly defined by a two-story atrium lobby, and the top of the atrium is carried into the building to provide skylight illumination for interior spaces. The perimeter of the building is lit by deeply punched windows, and the exterior is dressed in red brick to blend with the surrounding neighborhood. One of the defining buildings of the Downtown Camden area, this building is known throughout the region for its unique design.
